Regain Independence With Long-Term Care

Every day, our clinical experts provide our Long-Term Care residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing and personal hygiene, dressing, movement and mobility, walking, and enjoying nutritious meals throughout the day. But they do so much more. They work to keep each individual as active and engaged as they can be, encouraging everyone to participate in social and well-being programs. This person-centered care gives our residents a stronger sense of confidence and independence. To learn more about the benefits of Cantata’s Long-Term Care call us at (708) 485-7590.

Individual Care Plans

Often, Long-Term Care becomes necessary when your loved one has been diagnosed with a debilitating condition, chronic disease or disability. At Cantata, each resident is provided with a specific care plan designed to meet the needs and abilities of that individual.

Rehab with physical, speech, occupational, cognitive, and respiratory therapy also is available as is a fitness center and trainer to keep residents mobile and to promote well-being.
